How we sell a saree.

Shipping

We tell you the dispatch time and courier cost on WhatsApp before you pay. Transit depends on your city. When the parcel leaves our unit, we share the courier note we have.

An order is not booked until we confirm it in writing on WhatsApp. Adding a saree to the cart on this website only prepares that message.

Returns and defects

If a saree arrives with a weaving or stitching defect, message +91 99025 72589 within two days of delivery and send a clear photo. We will repair, replace, or refund that piece.

Change-of-mind returns are not offered. These are limited loom pieces. Handloom shade can shift a little from a screen. We confirm the piece on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Privacy

This website stores your cart and saved sarees in your own browser. It does not run a payment gateway, and it does not use advertising trackers. The contact form does not send data to our server; it opens WhatsApp with the note you typed.

We use your name, phone, city, and order details only to fulfil the order you place with us and to answer you. We do not sell that information.

Terms

Catalogue prices are distributor loom prices. They can change if yarn rates change, until we confirm your order. Each listing is for one saree of 6.3 metres with a running blouse. Wash is dry wash. Handloom length can vary slightly.

Each product shows a catalogue photograph of the saree being worn, and a photograph of the folded cloth. The folded picture is the cloth itself. The worn picture is a model shot made to match that cloth.

We do not use another brand’s photographs, product names, or reviews. Shri Krishna Art Silks is a house of Dads Ventures (dadsventures.in).
